By 4:00 AM, you’re gliding across the water by boat, the cool air brushing your face. At the far shore, the trail begins — a gentle 40-minute trek through jungle paths that open to one of Bali’s most breathtaking sunrise views.
At the summit, as dawn spills over Mount Batur, you’ll enjoy a warm Balinese breakfast in the open air. The return walk brings you back to the lake, where your boat carries you to an ancient Balinese cemetery — a place of rare and sacred tradition.
